Micro Chronicle is an AI digital interviewer platform with two independent product lines: Opening, which provides business research interviews for brands and organizations, and Saga, which provides family oral histories for individuals and families. After registering an account, you can create interview lists, distribute interview links, and view and manage interview results.
You must keep your account login credentials secure and are responsible for all activity under your account. The interview content you create, including topics and questions, must be lawful and compliant. You must not use it to collect personal information unrelated to the interview’s purpose or infringe upon the lawful rights and interests of others. We may suspend accounts used with false identities, for malicious attacks, or for bulk abuse of the platform.
As the interview initiator, before sending an interview link to another person, you must inform the participant that their answers will be recorded, transcribed, and processed by necessary third-party services, and you must obtain their consent. Participant recordings are retained for 30 days by default; the specific handling rules are governed by the Privacy Policy and the site’s actual configuration. Using a real person’s identity, voice, likeness, or family stories in public case studies, advertising, or media distribution requires separate authorization. Participation in an interview must not be treated as consent to public promotion.
Recordings and transcripts produced by interviews are managed by the interview initiator, while the platform provides the technical means to store and process them. The platform will not use your interview data for purposes other than providing services to you. AI may misunderstand answers, omit details, or generate inaccurate content. Before exporting or sharing, you should check names, dates, and important events against original recordings, transcripts, and family materials. Fictional demonstrations must be clearly labeled and must not be presented as real clients, user stories, or business data.
The platform is under continuous development, and features may change. If a service interruption results from force majeure or a failure of a third-party service, such as speech recognition, a large language model, or an SMS or email delivery channel, the platform will make reasonable efforts to restore service but will not be liable for resulting indirect losses.
